JC Motors Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping on all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you once your return request is approved.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Helmets that show signs of use or impact
